You do not need to be in Loupian to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Mémorial à la guerre d'Algérie is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Loupian close at 16:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Sending flowers to someone at Collège Olympe de Gouges? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Section d'enseignement générale et professionnel adapté du collège, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to École maternelle, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Hippolyte, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Église Sainte-Cécile are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Chapelle Notre-Dame, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Mairie de Loupian, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If flowers are going to Cimetière de Loupian, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at L'Huître Musicienne needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
