Send flowers to Metz from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Élie Bloch are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the destination is in Grigy-Technopôle, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
When the recipient is at Hôpital Félix Maréchal, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. If you are sending flowers to someone at Centre de consultations Saint-Thiébault, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège Georges de La Tour, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Lycée régional Robert Schuman, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Lycée polyvalent Louis de Cormontaigne is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Cathédrale Saint-Étienne, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Église Saint-Maximin, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Église Saint-Pierre, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Ibis Styles, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Check with the ward at Hôpital Belle-Isle before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Address flowers for someone at Hôtel de ville de Metz with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Address details for Les Îles should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a tribute addressed to Pompes Funèbres Pascal Leclerc, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. A tribute addressed to Cimetière de l'Est should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Before ordering for a guest at Grand Hôtel de Metz, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
