Send flowers to someone in Orsay without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Aron Fogiel are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Benjamin Fogiel in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Campus Urbain de Paris-Saclay.
When the recipient is at The Proton Therapy Center, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. A flower order for a recipient at Service Hospitalier Frédéric Joliot needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hôpital Paris Saclay, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. For an order addressed to The Proton Therapy Center, the listed location is Avenue Irène et Frédéric Joliot-Curie; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège privé du cours secondaire d'Orsay, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to École maternelle Maillecourt, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle de Mondetour, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Martin et Saint-Laurent, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Aumônerie, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Chapelle Saint-François-d'Assise are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hôtel d'Orsay before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
When ordering for a recipient at Mairie d'Orsay, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For an address in Le Guichet, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the delivery address is L'autre Rive, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. For a tribute intended for Cimetière d'Orsay, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Restaurant universitaire Les Cèdres - Bâtiment 406, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
