Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Ostwald. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Monument aux morts is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For an address in Cité du Wihrel, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For flowers addressed to a guest at hotelF1, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for B&B Hôtel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before sending flowers to École du Bohrie, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Église Saint-Oswald, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Chapelle Notre-Dame-Wihrel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hôtel Mercure Strasbourg Sud, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
When ordering for a recipient at Hôtel de Ville, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
An address in Rives du Bohrie should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If flowers are going to Cimetière de la Nachtweid, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Hippopotamus, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
