A flower order for Premanon can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Monument aux Morts is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Premanon close at 16:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the destination is in Les Rochers du Pellas, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before sending flowers to École primaire, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Chapelle des Jouvencelles, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Église Saint-Barthélemy are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Mairie de Prémanon, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Chez Paupotte, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
