Send flowers to Royan from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Borne du Serment de Koufra in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Le Souffle are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Royan is 16:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Font de Cherve, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hôtel Cordouan - Thalazur, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel Hermitage, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check that Hôtel Aunis-Saintonge can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Hôtel Cordouan - Thalazur has a listed address of Allée des Rochers 6; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Collège Henri Dunant, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Centre protestant, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Notre-Dame, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Chapelle Notre-Dame-des-Anges, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Mairie de Royan, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in La Garenne.
If flowers are going to Cimetière Monperrier, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Amigo Pizza Kebab, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
