For a recipient in Thueyts, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
For a guest at Les Platanes, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École primaire du Val d'Ardèche, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for École primaire la Présentation de Marie is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at École primaire privée Présentation de Marie, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Chapelle Saint-Roch, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Église Saint-Jean Baptiste, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with La Gravenne before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For someone working at Mairie de Thueyts, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Les Pavés Gourmands, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
