Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Vayres. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Monument aux Morts in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Vayres is 16:00, local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Lotissement de Lipizzan should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before sending flowers to École maternelle Henri Lesne, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at École élémentaire Édouard Dubois, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at École agricole privée, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Église Saint-Jean Baptiste, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Gangloff - L'étape before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before placing a workplace order for Mairie de Vayres, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
When the destination is in Lotissement des Artigaux, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A tribute addressed to Cimetière de Vayres should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Felicità Trattoria, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
