Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Viry-Châtillon online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Hommage François Mitterand are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Viry-Châtillon is 16:00. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. When the destination is in Quartier du Méridien, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A flower order for someone staying at Comfort Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to Collège Olivier de Serres, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for École Maternelle publique J-P Claris de Florian is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège Les Sablons, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Denis, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Église Notre-Dame-des-Cités, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église du Saint-Esprit, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Kyriad hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
A flower order for a recipient at Clinique Le Moulin de Viry needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before placing a workplace order for Mairie de Viry-Châtillon, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Square des Solstices.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Ristorante Del Arte, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
