Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Neuhardenberg, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Denkmal für Friedrich II. in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Hardenberg 1814/1843 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Neuhardenberg is 15:00, local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When preparing an address in Germany, the postcode has five digits and comes before the town name; copy both from the recipient’s address and keep the street and building number with the delivery details.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Parkhotel Schloss Wulkow, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a delivery to a teacher at Grundschule "Am Windmühlenberg", write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
In Germany, on 14 February, Valentine's Day (Valentinstag) is celebrated, with red roses and mixed bouquets associated with the occasion. Mother's Day (Muttertag) is marked on the second Sunday of May, with flowers among the gifts associated with the occasion. The calendar marks Christmas (Weihnachten) on 24 and 25 December, with table arrangements, amaryllis and poinsettias associated with the occasion. For Sunday of the Dead (Totensonntag), the calendar date is the last Sunday before Advent, with flowers used to mark remembrance at graves. In German practice, red roses can carry a romantic meaning; when choosing flowers for a friend, colleague or host, consider the message you want the gift to convey and use the personal card to make the occasion clear.
When a funeral service is held at Dorfkirche Wulkow, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Schinkel-Kirche are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Dorfkirche / ehem. Klosterkirche, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Within the German tradition, a funeral wreath or arrangement may carry a Schleife, a printed ribbon naming the mourner; if you want a ribbon, specify the requested wording when discussing the tribute, including the names of those sending it. As a guide to the choice of flowers, chrysanthemums, white lilies and white roses are customary choices for funeral flowers; use the occasion and the family’s preferences to guide the choice of tribute, and check the selected product for the flowers it includes. For the choice of flowers, a Grabgesteck may be placed on a grave for Totensonntag and, in Catholic states, for Allerheiligen; for a tribute intended for a grave, ask the cemetery about the precise location and its arrangements for accepting flowers.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Schloss Neuhardenberg before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
