Send your flower order for Würzburg online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by DenkOrt Deportationen in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 15:00 local time for same-day flowers in Würzburg. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When the destination is in Heimgarten, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address. When preparing an address in Germany, the postcode has five digits and comes before the town name; copy both from the recipient’s address and keep the street and building number with the delivery details. The localities of Würzburg include Heidingsfeld, Lengfeld, Versbach and Rottenbauer; when the recipient uses one of these locality names, retain it as part of the destination rather than reducing their address to the main city name alone.
For a recipient at KfH-Nierenzentrum, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at König-Ludwig-Haus, and address the order to the hospital itself. Before sending to Klinik am Greinberg, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. The street address listed for KfH-Nierenzentrum is Hans-Brandmann-Weg 1; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Rebstock, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to City Partner Hotel Strauss? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The address given for Hotel Rebstock is Neubaustraße 7; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Deutschhaus-Gymnasium, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Friedrich-Koenig-Gymnasium is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Riemenschneider-Gymnasium? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Rathaus, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
When entering an address in Dürrbachau, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the delivery address is Abschied GmbH, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. If flowers are going to Hauptfriedhof, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Capri Blaue Grotte, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
