Send your flower order for Fo Tan online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Beginning of 10,000 Buddhas are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Fo Tan. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For an address in Sha Tin Heights, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check with the ward at Shatin Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Sending to a patient at Union Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. When arranging flowers for Shatin Hospital, note its listed address, 亞公角街 A Kung Kok Street 33; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If the recipient is staying at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Courtyard Hong Kong Sha Tin should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For flowers addressed to a guest at Royal Park Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is listed at 澤祥街 Chak Cheung Street 18; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Ten Thousand Buddha's Monastery, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Che Kung Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Koon Ngam Ching Yuen are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Wo Che Community Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Po Fook Memorial Hall before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. For a tribute intended for Po Fook Shan, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at ClubONE Riviera, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Sending flowers to someone at International Christian School Shek Mun Campus? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When several people are giving the flowers together at PLK Chong Kee Ting Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a delivery to a teacher at Po Leung Kuk Chee Jing Yin Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
