Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Ma Wan. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Kowloon Pass Custom's Stone Tablets is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Mui Wai Rock Inscription in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Ma Wan is 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Ma Wan Main Street Village, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A delivery for CCC Kei Wai Primary School (Ma Wan) is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Chan's Ancestral Hall, Tin Liu New Village, Ma Wan, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Ma Wan Alliance Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Ma Wan Pak Wan Tin Hau Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Noah's Ark Hotel and Resort before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
An order addressed to Ma Wan Main Street Village Office should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Ma Wan Main Street Village Central.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Wonderland, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
