The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Kapolnasnyek. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Pettend.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Holdfény, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For an order addressed to Hotel Holdfény, the listed location is Tó utca 10; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Vörösmarty Mihály Általános Iskola, Gimnázium és Alapfokú Művészeti Iskola, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Jézus Szíve templom, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Református templom, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Urunk színeváltozása kápolna are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at Őszilomb Idősek Otthona calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Polgármesteri Hivatal, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Finom étkek háza, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
