Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Tokaj. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Elütött állatok emlékhelye is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by II. Rákóczi Ferenc in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Tokaj close at 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Bányászfalu.
If you are sending to a guest of Mercure Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check with Minaro Hotel Tokaj MGallery before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Check that Millennium can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When arranging flowers for Mercure Hotel, note its listed address, Rákóczi utca 5; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Tokaji Ferenc Gimnázium és Szakközépiskola is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Evangélikus imaház, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Jézus Szíve templom, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Református templom are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Polgármesteri hivatal, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For an address in Halászfalu, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bacchus Étterem needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
