For delivery on the same day in Ashokenagar Kalyangarh, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. When entering an address in Bakultala, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the service takes place at Aparajita Kali Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Chowranghee Kali Mandir, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Haripur Kali Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Ashoknagar State General Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For flowers addressed to someone at Prafullanagar Auditorium, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Haatkhola, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
