The same-day ordering cutoff in Ramanayyapeta is 14:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When the destination is in Jagannaikpur, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check that SVN GRAND can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Venky Residency, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When several people are giving the flowers together at AMG School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Govt. MPL. Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Meclarane Grounds, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Beersheba Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Ganesh temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Sattemma thalli temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Ashoka Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When the recipient is at Christian Cancer Center, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
For someone working at Collector office , Kakinada, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
When entering an address in Kakinada Industrial Area, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Subbayya Gari Hotel, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
If you are sending flowers to someone at 7star Hospitals, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
