You do not need to be in Dukan to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Dukan is 14:00. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Ashna, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Before ordering for a guest at Dukan Palace, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to ashur hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. You will find Ashna listed at دوکان - سلێمانی; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Bakhshnda Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Dukan Big Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Haji Mala Shekh Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Shahid Gharib Haladini Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Before placing a workplace order for Department of Agriculture of Dukan, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Kosrati Nwe Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
