Planning a same-day delivery in Nakuru east? The ordering deadline is 15:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Free Area.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Nairobi Women's Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
For a delivery to a teacher at Marinwa, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at St. Xavier School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Mukuru Secondary, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at P.C.E.A Kiratina are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to citymax? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.

For someone working at Huduma Center Nakuru, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For an address in Kabachia, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Calabash Woodland & Grill, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
