Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Heiderscheid. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Place Grand-Duc Jean are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Statue de la Sainte Vierge is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Heiderscheid, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Address details for Quatre-Vents should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Sending flowers to someone at Campus Am Ale Bësch? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Chapelle Notre-Dame des Douleurs, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Chapelle Sainte-Cunégonde, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Exaltation-de-la-Sainte-Croix, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hôtel Bissen, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Auberge Fuussekaul, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
