The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. If the destination is in Huacapa y Amestoy, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a service at Iglesia Adventista El Campo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Presbiteriana Morelos Piedra, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia Señor de Tila, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When entering an address in Huapacal 1ra. Sección, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
