Send your flower order for Palmira online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Ignacio De La Llave is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as La Ixhuateca are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Palmira. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Del Maestro.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for IMSS Centro de Seguridad Social, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Sending to a patient at IMSS UMF No. 1 calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Before sending flowers to Esc. Prim. Ignacio Zaragoza, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela CEIMA, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Instituto Intercultural Ignacio de la Llave is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Catedral San Miguel Arcángel, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Holiday Inn Orizaba can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Cruz Roja, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at El club de los abuelos, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
