Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in San Cristóbal de las Casas, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Arco Carmen in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Busto a Vicente Guerrero are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in San Cristóbal de las Casas, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Address details for Alcanfores should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hospital de la Mujer, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. If you are sending flowers to someone at Hospital Rural Prospera No. 1, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
For a guest at Hotel Posada Isabel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hacienda Valentino, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Francisco León 54-A is the listed address of Hotel Posada Isabel; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Catedral de San Cristóbal, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Iglesia de Santo Domingo, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia de Guadalupe, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the hospital’s full address for Cruz Roja Mexicana, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
If the recipient’s address is in Colonia Salsipuedes, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a table booked at Kim - Cocina Panasiática, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending flowers to someone at Pequeño Sol? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Before sending flowers to Escuela Primaria del Estado Aquiles Serdán, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
