Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Villa las Rosas online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Villa las Rosas. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Fracc. Universitario, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel One, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Costa Azul, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Belizario Dominguez Palencia, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Colegio Constancia y Trabajo is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Mano Amiga, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Católica Sagrada Familia are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Familia Semilla Tapachula, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Católica María Auxiliadora, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Holiday Inn Express, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hospital General de Tapachula "Dr. Manuel Velazco Suárez", using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
An order for a staff member at Centro de Justicia Penal Federal should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Fracc. Valle Verde.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Toks, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
