Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Zuidlaren. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by 1940-45 WWII Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as De Helletocht are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Zuidlaren, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For someone in Dennenoord, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering for a guest at Brinkhotel Zuidlaren, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The address given for Brinkhotel Zuidlaren is Brink Oostzijde 6; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Dalton Kindcentrum Jonglaren, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to De Lichtkring, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Kindcentrum De Tol? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at De Rank, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Kandelaarkerk, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Dorpskerk are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Kliniek Somatische zorg en Ouderenpsychiatrie Zuidlaren, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Schuilingsoord.
If flowers are going to Riyad Al Jannah, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at De Vlindertuin, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
When the recipient is at Lentis Zuidlaren, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
