Send flowers to El Cua from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Same-day orders for El Cua close at 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. If the recipient’s address is in Barrio Ernesto Gutiérrez, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Real, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If the service takes place at Iglesia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Católica are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Testigos de Jehova, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Chepita, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
An order for a staff member at Alcaldía should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When entering an address in Barrio Octavio Rizo, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
