Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Kongsberg, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Internasjonale operasjoner i fredens tjeneste is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Sending to Best Western Gyldenløve? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Quality Hotel Grand Kongsberg, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a delivery to a teacher at Kongsberg International School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Kongsberg videregående skole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Madsebakken skole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Hedenstad;Hedenstad Kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Kongsberg kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Efteløt kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Home Hotel 1624, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending to a workplace such as Kongsberg rådhus, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Peppes Pizza, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
