Planning a same-day delivery in Hay as-Salam? The ordering deadline is 15:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes As Siba, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Alan Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check that Atana Musandam Resort can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before sending flowers to Abu Bakr al Siddiq School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Jawhrat Oman School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Khasab School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Al Gizm Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Al Souri Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at "Extra Divers Villa" should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Khasab Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For someone in Hayy as Salam, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Al Shamaliah Resturant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
