Same Day Delivery

Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Smokecino. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When the destination is in Studnica, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before sending flowers to Szkoła Podstawowa - Filia ZSP w Rymaniu, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Kościół pw. Świętych Apostołów Piotra i Pawła, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kościół pw. Najświętszej Maryi Panny Królowej Polski, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kościół pw. Matki Bożej Różańcowej, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Pałac w Rymaniu, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a table booked at Kapitan Dorsz, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
