The same-day ordering cutoff in Zorawina is 14:00, local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Check with Renesans before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
A delivery for Szkoła Podstawowa im. Bolesława Chrobrego w Żórawinie is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Kościół pw. Świętego Józefa Oblubieńca Najświętszej Marii Panny, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kościół Świętej Trójcy, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Asstoria can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Check whether Urząd Gminy Żórawina accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a table booked at Renesans, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
