You can order flowers for Acougue online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Busto de D. Teodósio Clemente de Gouveia are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Busto de Homenagem ao Padre Geraldo de Sousa in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Acougue close at 18:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Covas.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel O Colmo, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
A delivery for Delegação Escolar de Santana is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Escola B1ºC com PE do Caminho Chão, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica dos 2º e 3º ciclos de São Jorge - Cardeal D. Teodósio de Gouveia? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Igreja Matriz de São Jorge, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Assembleia de Deus, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Kingdom Hall of The Jehovah's Witnesses, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Quinta do Arco, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Address details for Lombo de Antão Alves should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at ilha montanha, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
