Send your flower order for Caldeira online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Bateria de Costa are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Caldeira. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Babosas, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Village Cabo Girão, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If the recipient is staying at Pestana Churchill Bay, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Bio Hotel Quinta da Serra, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The listed address for Village Cabo Girão is Estrada 1 de Julho 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Básica de Câmara de Lobos, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Básica de São Paulo, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escola Básica do 1.º Ciclo com Pré-Escolar da Corujeira, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Capela Nossa Senhora da Glória, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Igreja de São Martinho are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Nossa Senhora da Graça, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Vehicle Testing Centre, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For someone in Fregueses Novos, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A tribute addressed to Cemitério Britânico should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Vila do Peixe, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
