Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Cantudo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Soldado Desconhecido are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Almacave.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Primária, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Capela de São Pedro de Balsemão, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Santuário de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Sé de Lamego are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Lamego before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Unidade Hospitalar de Lamego - Unidade Local de Saúde de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For someone working at Junta de Freguesia de Queimadela, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For a recipient whose address is in Bairro do Quelho, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a table booked at O Padrinho, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
