Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Chavelho. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. 25 de Abril is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as José Malhoa are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Address details for Bairro do Areal should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If the service takes place at Capela de Madre de Deus, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Capela do Mártir São Sebastião are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Igreja de São João Baptista, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Rural Solar das Freiras should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before placing a workplace order for Câmara Municipal de Figueiró dos Vinhos, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Paris, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
