Send your flower order for Claras online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Claras. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora de Seiça, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Capela de São João are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Capela do Santo das Turras, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Junta de Freguesia do Carriço should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For a tribute intended for Cemitério de Carriço, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Mesquita, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
