Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Garrucha. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Combatentes do Ultramar are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Monumento de homenagem aos antigos combatentes da freguesia de Nagozela in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Garrucha close at 18:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the destination is in Real, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the service takes place at Capela de Santo Estevão, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Capela de São João e Santa Luzia are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Igreja de Nagozela, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Hospital Cândido de Figueiredo - Unidade Local de Saúde de Viseu Dão-Lafões, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
For a table booked at Ferrador, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
