You do not need to be in Lirios to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Estátua de António Luís de Meneses is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Lirios is 18:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Bairro Novo.
Before sending flowers to Centro Educativo de Cadima, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Escola do Ensino Básico do 1° Ciclo de Balsas is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Capela de São Tomé, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to Hospital do Arcebisto João Crisóstomo, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
For flowers addressed to someone at Junta de Freguesia de Cadima, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the destination is in Bairro do Arieiro, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bar Necal, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
