Flowers for a service at Župnijska cerkev svetega Križa are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Župnijska cerkev svetega Mihaela, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Kapela, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Energetsko svetovalna pisarna should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Restavracija Rotovž, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
