A florist in Markovec handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Grobnica in spomenik NOB are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Luisenstein is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Markovec is 14:00. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Sending to Apartment Tok Tok? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. If you are sending to a guest of Apartments Ars Palada, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Apartment Tok Tok is listed at Markovec 33; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Cerkev sv. Jedrti, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Sveti Križ are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
