Send flowers to someone in Ratez without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Ratez. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
For a service at Cerkev svetega Križa, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Cerkev Marijinega rojstva na Trški gori, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Župnijska cerkev svetega Petra, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Šport, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Grad Otočec, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
