Same-day orders for Brakpan close at 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For an address in Anzac, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Savoy, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Manhattan Hotel & Action Bar, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When arranging flowers for Hotel Savoy, note its listed address, Prince George Avenue 241; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Dalview Laerskool, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Laerskool Brakpan-Oos? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Laerskool Kommando, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Brakpan Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Dalpark NG Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Dutch Reformed Church – Brakpan East, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Departement Of Home Affairs Brakpan, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Dal Fouche'.
A delivery timed for a meal at Opstal restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
