Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Scottburgh is 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Park Rynie, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are sending to a guest of Cutty Sark Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Pearly Shells, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a delivery to a teacher at Amandawe Junior Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Scottburgh High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Scottburgh Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Masjid Al-Ikraam are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Blue Marlin Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Address details for Freeland Park should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at (delete), flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
