For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. An address in Bakdal-dong should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Korea University Ansan Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Before sending to Ansan Vincent's Clinic, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. When arranging flowers for Korea University Ansan Hospital, note its listed address, 적금로 123; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Gwangdeok Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Gunja Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotel Square can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For flowers addressed to someone at Ansan City Hall, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Chopyeong-dong, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Pasta Mania needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
