Same-day orders for Bitgaram-dong close at 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. When the destination is in Guso-dong, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a recipient at Dongshin University Korean Medicine Hospital at Naju, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Geumcheonbogeonjiso, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Sending flowers to someone at Bitgaram Elemetary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Hanareum Elemetary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Raon Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Bitgaram-dong Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to National Naju Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Where the delivery address includes Seungchon-dong, retain the locality when filling in the order.
