The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Buheung-dong. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Sanho-dong.
A delivery for Jinhae Girls Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Jinhae Womens High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Seokdong Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Cheonjabong Yeongsanbeophwasa are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Deoksandong Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Haegungyoyuksa Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Naval Maritime Medical Center, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Address details for Bibong-dong should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Cheonggiwa Fish Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
