The same-day ordering cutoff in Byeoryang-dong is 14:00, local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For a recipient whose address is in Pyeongchon-dong, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending flowers to Indeogwon Elementry School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Cheonggyesa Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Hauhyeon Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Central Tourist Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending to a workplace such as Ministry of Justice, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For an address in Galhyeon-dong, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at GUSIA, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
