For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For someone in Daegyo-dong, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Chungnam Physical Education High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Kimin Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Nonsan Girls' Commercial High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Daegyodong Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Gwanchoksa, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Nonsanjeil Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Joseon Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
A flower order for a recipient at Nonsanhanayoyang Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Deokji-dong.
For a table booked at Anmyeondo Fish Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
