When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Address details for Dangye-dong should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Wonju Medical Center, and address the order to the hospital itself. Before arranging flowers for someone at Gangwonalkoolsangdam Center, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. When the recipient is at Wonjuseongji Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. The location listed for Wonju Medical Center is 서원대로 387; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Wonju Citi Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to Sehwajang Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The location listed for Wonju Citi Hotel is 건강로 4; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Won-dong Catholic Cathedral Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Dogaksa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Heungeop Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Dangudong Community Service Center, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
For a table booked at Ferry, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
Sending flowers to someone at Bukwon Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
