Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Yangju 1-dong.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Keomin, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A flower order for someone staying at Walkerhill Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to Uijeongbu Joongang Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Uijeongbu Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Uijeongbu Technical High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Daewonsa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Ga-neung Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Yonghyeondong Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hedeuwon Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Address flowers for someone at Yangju 1 Dong Community Service Center with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Outback Steakhouse, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
