Same-day orders for Inji-myeon close at 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Where the delivery address includes Eumnae-dong, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the recipient is staying at Benikea Hotel Seosan, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Ssiepeu should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to Seosan Buseok Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Buseok High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Bonhyang Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Inji Evangelical Holiness Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Seongnim Jungang Evangelical Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Ai Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Galsan-dong.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Payoka, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
